Arch of San Lorenzo
Arch of San Lorenzo
The arch of San Lorenzo is the only vestige of the old church that gives it its name. It dates from the thirteenth century. Listed as a National Monument since 1877.
Located at the confluence of the streets Almendros Aguilar and Madre de Dios, for its construction a defensive bastion was used that took advantage of it as a sacristy, whose apse is what remains today as an arch of San Lorenzo.
